Booking terms
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed online.
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
- Please arrive on time; start times are fixed, and the room is cleaned and prepared for 1 hour between guests.
- Maximum 10 guests. No smoking. Food by prior arrangement.
- Damage to the room or equipment may be charged to the booking client.
شروط الحجز
- يتم تأكيد الحجز بعد إتمام الدفع إلكترونياً.
- الإلغاء أو تغيير الموعد مجاناً حتى ٢٤ ساعة قبل موعد البدء، وبعدها لا يُسترد المبلغ.
- يُرجى الحضور في الموعد؛ أوقات البدء محددة مسبقاً، وتُنظَّف القاعة وتُجهَّز لمدة ساعة بين كل ضيف وآخر.
- الحد الأقصى ١٠ أشخاص. يُمنع التدخين. الطعام بترتيب مسبق.
- أي ضرر بالقاعة أو المعدات قد يُحمَّل على العميل صاحب الحجز.
